Tourist Visa – Filipinos
A. If different Nationality is the person inviting)
1. Invitation letter addressed to the Embassy from Nigeria (The letter should be sent here
at the embassy but the applicant should also have a copy for reference)
2. Passport copy of the person who is inviting
3. Residence permit
4. Bank Certificate (applicant or Invitee( amount should be stated)
5. Medical Certificate (fit to travel / latest or least 1 month)
6. Three (3) pieces of 2x2 colored picture (white background)
7. Valid passport (please attach the old passport if there is any)
B. If Nigerian citizen is the person inviting
1. Invitation letter addressed to the Embassy from Nigeria (the letter should be sent here
at the embassy but the applicant should also have a copy for reference)
2. Passport copy of the person who is inviting
3. Bank Certificate (applicant or Invitee) amount should be stated
4. Medical Certificate (fit to travel/latest or at least 1 month)
5. Three (3) pieces of 2x2 colored picture (white background)
6. Valid passport (please attach the old passport if there is any)
