Requirements
For Filipinos: social visit visa is waived for maximum of 14 days stay. For more than 14 days stay visa may
be acquired from this embassy. Applicants will be subjected for interview and approval by the Consular
Officer with the following requirements submitted before 9:30am
 Fully filled up application in black ink
 1pc passport size photograph recently taken
 Original Passport valid for at least six months
 Photocopies of the relevant pages of the passport (1st and last page + page with latest arrival
stamped)
 Confirmed round‐trip ticket or RBA booking certificate (open dated tickets will not be
considered)
 Sponsorship letter inform of Statutory Declaration form Brunei Darussalam Magistrate or
affidavit of support from the Philippine Embassy in Brunei Darussalam.
 Letter of consent by the sponsor’s employer.
 Photocopy of sponsor’s IC (front and back part)
 Photocopy of sponsor’s passport with valid employment pass or residence pass/status indicating
the duration of their stay (must be valid for at least one month).
 Photocopy of documents to establish relationship between sponsor and applicant i.e. marriage
certificate – for spouse and in laws; birth certificate – for children and parents: CENOMAR – for
fiancé (both parties)
 Approved application will be charged B$ 20.00 in peso equivalent
For Applicants with pre‐approved visa from Brunei Immigration
 Fully filled up application form in black ink
 1 Passport size photograph
 Original Passport valid for at least six months
 Photocopies of the relevant pages of the passport (1st page, last page with latest arrival
stamped)
 Certified true copy of medical certificate for the Brunie Darussalam Accredited Clinic Only – for
employment visa applicants
 Confirmed round‐trip tickets as maybe required
 Visa fee of B$20.00 peso equivalent
For Other Nationalities: Applicants may call the visa section of the Embassy for more inquiries. Some
nationalities may not require visa for a particular length of stay. If there’s a need to apply for entry visa
same requirements stated above are needed.
Travellers who wish to enter Brunei Darussalam for Employment purposes must arrange for employers
to obtain Employment Passes prior to arrival in Brunei Darussalam.
